Ingredients
1 (dried) Ginger
1 cups Sugar
1 piece Cinnamon
2 cups Water
3 whole Clove
3 tbsp Milk
2 whole Black Pepper
4 pods (crushed) Cardamom
4 tsp Tea Leaves
Masala Chai Directions
1. Bring two cups of water to the boil. Add all the ingredients (except milk and sugar) and boil again for about 15 seconds. Let stand for one minute.
Serve Masala Chai in a Beer Mug

1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Dark Rum
1 oz Irish Cream
11 oz (hot) Coffee
Mangan Coffee Directions
Pour ingredients into an irish coffee cup in the order given.
Serve Mangan Coffee in a Irish Coffee Cup

12 oz Beer
2 shots Yukon Jack
Buzz Inducer Directions
Put the two shots into frosty beer mug. Add IBC Root Beer into glass. Ice cubes are optional.
